At our April General Membership Meeting, OBHBA member and inaugural recipient of the Clifford A. Neal Humanitarian of the Year Award was excited to present the 2018 award to Mr. Shelby Hines, a gentleman who has made community service, serving those who have a very real need and no way to fulfill it. Mr. Hines' group of friends, known as The Helping Hands, who assist in these missions, all showed up to see him receive this honor.
