Vaughan Robinson, Coastal Cottage Contracting LLC, is the OBHBA 2019 Builder of the Year.  Vaughan received his Builder of the Year award from Matt Neal, Neal Contracting Group Inc.  Matt is the 2019 Past President of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association.
